Library mural

A few days ago I showed you the John Oxley Library. This is the annex with it's famous mural by Victorian artist Linsay Edwards. There are plans afoot to re-develop the entire area to be known as North Bank which will most likely see both these buildings disapear.

    The building and museum are heritage listed, so they should be safe from redevelopment.

    Interesting artwork, takes us back in time a bit - as do libraries.
