The longest bridge in Australia (2,740m - 8,990ft)

Bruce, one of my regular blogging mates requested to see the new bridge to Redcliffe, so Diane and I drove there last Sunday. Now I must say it is not easy to take a photo of the longest bridge in Australia unless you're in a helicopter or a boat and from ashore we couldn't really get close enough to get a good shot.

I'm afraid that's the best we could do. It certainly makes it easier now to drive to the Redcliffe Peninsula.

Redcliffe Pier Entrance

This art deco building, was the bathing pavilion and is the entrance to the Redcliffe Pier which you can see partly through the opening.

Happy Pants

We visited Redcliffe Peninsula on Sunday and found there was a market so we strolled through it and found these Happy Pants below.

I forgot to mention, we didn't buy them.
