South Bank Grand Arbour, Brisbane

The Grand Arbour is a 1km walk in the South Bank Gardens. It was designed by a Melbourne company and built in 1999. The steel tendrils are contorted into all different shapes. Wires pass through the tendrils to support colourful bougainvillea.
