seemes to be tha same type of bin all over the world nowadays. Just saw the same in Chile. I Sweden there are different posters just made to put on them, like flowers, bushes. Interesting (how can an ugly bin be that ;-)?)
I agree they are not the most beautiful of items, but putting posters on them only increased their ugliness and makes the visual environment even more cluttered.
Interesting indeed, we have this kind of bins also in our city but I think our admins should think also of this eye catching strategy to have all their garbage shot here and not anywhere else...
William Surely you can do better than that bin "photo" - even the horse looked uncomfortable with being photographed! Tut Tut!!! The subject will be raised on Thursday, if we are not washed away with this rain! Colin
they must sell them somewhere in the area! my neighbors have a monkey in the same style, i have prepared it for posting, keep a lookout for it :) (been a bit slack with the dailyness..)
Today's NZ Herald http://www.nzherald.co.nz/sideswipe/news/article.cfm?c_id=702&objectid=10630741 had a photo of a bin in Auckland with the words "Human Body Parts Only" emblazoned on it. I must say, I prefer the horse...
