I was watching Paul Lockyer's story on the 7:30 Report last night about the water in Queensland and the effect it will have throughout inland Australia. I have my name down to travel through to Lake Eyre/Corner Country when they know the timing of the big surge and set up their tours.
Had to laugh about the chap out at St George (no, not Barnaby!) who said that the water belonged to Queenslanders because that is where the rain fell!
really nice concept for watery wednesday.
