  4. I also in January 1970 was taken to Butchard Gardens in Victoria BC. Unlike Abraham Lincoln, I absolutely FROOZE. Saw the totem poles and the gardens covered with snow, however as you say it is a major tourist attraction. At least you saw it in much more pleasant temperatures.
