More of Underwood Park

Another view of the pond at Underwood Park, south of Brisbane, showing an array of Paperbark Trees (Melaluca Family). The park has a walkway around the lake with boardwalks (shown yesterday).
It is a popular place for photographers, in fact, our camera club is visiting the park next Wednesday so there'll be more pictures on my blog, for sure.

  4. I can see that is a great place, especially at this time of year.

  5. Lovely... the walkway would make it seem you were walking on water. Are there mosquitos? Would be very nice if there were no mosquitos in Australia.

  6. A boardwalk in such a special park must give lots of daily visitors, included camera clubs ;-)
    Great photo!

  8. We have swamps like these in America, mostly down around New Orleans. I find them brodding dark and beautiful.
