Underwood Park Wetlands

We went for a stroll along the Underwood wetlands yesterday even though it was freezing. (Well for us anyway) it was only 19ºC. This park has been established by the Logan City Council, our local authority. It's a great place for families with children and bloggers looking for subjects.

  1. This does look like a nice area. Late last night, too, I noticed that DB had featured it, too. I suspect she is missing the great southland. Today here it is going to rain and be 18C. Not noice but welcome.

  2. Freezing at 19 degrees! But it's obviously a lovely spot, worth enduring a bit of shivering for. What are the trees growing in the water?

  8. Love that sign! Just in case you didn't see the massive wall..Also facinating (previous photo) how the walkway winds along the river. I've never seen anything like that.
