A balloon vendor attracted the children in Queen Street Mall when we were there the other day. Children have been besotted with balloons ever since rubber was discovered.

    It was a 'he', Julie, the woman shown was a customer but you're right, maybe 'balloon artiste' or 'balloon blower' or even 'balloon entertainer'.
