Bank of New South Wales Queen Street

At the top of Queen Street stand the old imposing Bank of New South Wales building as part of Brisbane Heritage. It hasn't been a bank for many years but still looks majestic on the corner of George Street.

    We have buildings like that down here, Bill. Sure is a display of their own self-vision! Don't think banks have that sort of community standing any more ...
