Colour in the sky - Skywatch Friday

Strange bright coloured kites over Redcliffe last week. Or could it have been an invasion?

  1. This shot is funny, it would be very difficult to find out what it is without the tree to the left. It could have been fish.

  2. I agree with Jorgen. I could only figure this out using the tree as an aide. Excellent composition, BB.

  3. Very colourful! Kite days should have a compulsory blue sky - but then all the blue ones would not have enough contrast... Nice composition with the tree.

  6. I went once there with my daughter Jacky to fly a kite. Now the kites are all sorts of flying animals, fish etc. Fun!

  9. These are so cool! Yesterday I've seen some shots of a kite festival on another blog but I can't remember which... maybe it was the same fstival, the kites were also really nice with an octopus shape. It's quite a coincidence! :-)
