Hat Creek Ranch

We're on a trip through Canada and Alaska...

Today, we stop at Hat Creek Ranch to learn about the Shuswap people. This evening, we learn about the fur trade and life as a pioneer.

  3. Yes, Julie, I agree. Looks too clean to be true! Not the typical ranch environs! However, looks like a great region to visit.

  6. Beautiful ranch. But all I could see was what winter must be like. At least the house is LARGE and the buildings close enough to take care of the critters in a blizzard.
